Job Profile Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our solution partners to understand the intricacies of solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that align with clients’ needs and budgetary considerations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to position our solutions as industry-leading choices.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.

  • Sales responsibilities will encompass B2B customers, particularly within industries such as Manufacturing, Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Corporate and Residential Real Estate Developers, and Govt. Infrastructure Projects.
  • For Senior Sales Engineer Position candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales within this segment.
  • For Associate Sales Engineer Position candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales within this segment.
  • We value candidates who are competitive, financially motivated, and capable of taking initiatives to strategize for profitable business growth.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Industrial Automation or Power Systems.
